A lot of young people in our communities face financial challenges that make staying in school difficult. We empower youths aged 18–25 with employment and skills, giving them income, experience, and confidence to stay in school and build a future they can choose.

We provide flexible part-time work and hands-on skills training in customer service, operations, and hospitality to help them gain experience and prepare for future careers within and beyond the hospitality industry
