What we Offer
On The Rocks With B (pronounced O–T–R with B) started as a simple idea during a career pause and quickly grew into a purpose-driven brand rooted in experience, heart, and some of the most delicious drinks E-V-E-R! 🍸✨
But the truth is, we’ve always been about more than cocktails.
Shaped by firsthand awareness of the financial barriers many young people face in accessing education, social impact has been intentionally woven into the core of the brand.
Beyond the Bar
Many young people in our communities face financial barriers that make continuing their education challenging.
Through On The Rocks With B, we intentionally create opportunities for youths aged 18–25, providing meaningful employment, practical skills, and real-world experience that equip them with income, confidence, and a stronger foundation for their future.
We offer flexible part-time roles alongside hands-on training in customer service, operations, and hospitality especially those at risk of dropping out of school, providing them with income, skills, and support that help keep their education on track.. Beyond supporting them today, we’re helping prepare them for long-term career growth both within the hospitality industry and far beyond it.
