Every OTRwithB event starts long before we arrive at your venue. It starts with understanding your event; who your guests are, what kind of energy you want, whether you’re going refined and elegant or fun and maximalist. We ask questions most people don’t think to ask their drinks vendor: What’s the vibe at midnight? Do you want guests mingling or sitting? Are there guests who don’t drink alcohol?

Building a cocktail menu for an event isn’t just picking drinks, it’s about balance. Something light for arrivals, something bold for the peak of the party, something celebratory for toasts.
